CT- Dare I say it, but the the answer I gave you was factually correct. How the NSE applies is a different ball game all together...

Email Chris Mwebesi, CEO of NSE and he should provide you with an explanation. I've emailed him once and he replied immediately.

CT, Jimnah also clarified that vwap will now be based on all 3 hours of trading-page2 paragragh 2 of the attached http://www.nse.co.ke/newsite/pdf/announcements/nse20_jul07.pdf

MainaT: Thanks. I was tracking a stock prices about a month ago but it seems the changeover to VWAP calculated over 3 hrs had not been implemented.

I was using the live feed from www.mystocks.co.ke at the time.
