NSE woes continue! Again! Again!

As of 8 PM I had not received the NSE pricelist for 15 Jan 2007.
Does anyone have it?

The NSE website (mwebesa, we are waiting for a "new" website per your earlier letter) is still as dark & uninformative as before. I tried to download the latest pricelist but no luck!

Apparently, there was a problem with either the CDS or ATS earlier in the morning & trading did not take off until much later during the day.

I hope the NSE & the brokers can make 2007 their year to deliver solid gains in service - sorely lacking at the moment!

This past week trading on the CBOT and other regional exchanges were disrupted due to computer glitches. I guess these types of disruptions do occur.

Like somebody said earlier on, NSE is working 'hard' to upgrade their website. Knowing the capabilities of 3mice, the new website should exceed expectations.

During the last week of 2006 I was forwarded an email containing the full reply of his letter to the Standard. Shoot him an email and see what he has to say. I understand he is a responsive fellow.

i gave up long time ago on the nse website. since even their reports are dated 2004 and they dont seem to care. many other sites provide better information and i can live with that

Glitches happen... but the website just irks me since smaller exchanges like DSE & USE have better websites than NSE!

Good news atlast!
NSE have "updated their website" today.
But you have to look harder to notice the difference.

...There is a nice photo of their reception area before the daily price list is displayed......... He he he he he.

On a serious note, what is stopping them from displaying in realtime market prices and trade volumes in their website?.

If www.Eight.co.ke can do it on hourly basis then NSE have no excuse. Over to you Bwana Chris Mwebesa

Well looks like Mwembesa listed after you tore him apart. There's a preview of the new NSE website on the old site. Here is the link: http://www.nse.co.ke/newsite/index.asp
