The propspectus classified a “Foreign investor” as any person who is not a local investor, and Morgan Stanley have refused to diclose their list

the prospectus disclosure requirements in either the companies act or the listings rules of the NSE will contain a provision that requires the disclosure that the name of every beneficial shareholder be disclosed Indirectly held or directly held - coldtusker send me a copy of the NSE rules and the CA and I will have a look - this is interesting
