The propspectus classified a “Foreign investor” as any person who is not a local investor, and Morgan Stanley have refused to diclose their list

the prospectus disclosure requirements in either the companies act or the listings rules of the NSE will contain a provision that requires the disclosure that the name of every beneficial shareholder be disclosed Indirectly held or directly held - coldtusker send me a copy of the NSE rules and the CA and I will have a look - this is interesting

An analysis of safcom pre IPO and Post IPO gave me conflicting results.
Is it possible that the government didnt actually sell this share to the mwananchi at a discount?
