Is Africa cursed?

While Kenyans are aghast at the pay packages of Kenyan MPs, president, ministers & their ilk... Ghana passed a retirement package like no other for their ex-presidents... The parliament did this on the last day!

(Hopefully, kibz does not get any ideas...)

(Maybe former prez Bush might have been better off as an African prez!)

And you wonder why most of Sub-Saharan Africa remains dirt poor?

PKW: Are you sure?

You can fool some people all of the time, all the people some of the time but (supposedly) not all the people all of the time...

Africa seems to be in the 3rd group...

ka: I want to be a prez... in any African country... (except Mauritius where u actually have to work!)

You saw the retirement package that Moi received, which was crazy given that he had already stolen so much money.

I'm almost positive they will do the same thing not just for Kibaki, but for Raila, Uhuru (the deputy PM) and Mudavadi (the other deputy PM).

It's complete madness, but then again everyone keeps telling me that there's lots of money in kenya and a lot of people are drowning in the moolah. What's your take on that?

I keep asking people where all this money is coming from because cash just doesn't appear from nowhere (unless of course you are printing it)

What are people producing?

Capitalism and democracy are not the best systems for us Africans! Most Africans... no let me say kenyans, are not legible to vote to me going by the fact that we are not competent enough to do so! We are mad!

I want to be president too, it's cheap to be one here in our continent.Anon, you'll be PM.
