African Governments & High Fuel Prices
The Kenyan government
INCREASED taxes on petrol
just as oil prices peaked.
The Tanzanian government
increases bureaukrazy
thus increasing the cost of imported fuels.
The
Nigerian government imports refined oil products (while exporting Crude Oil).
